We understand the importance of each item we provide and want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a suitable resolution.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Items purchased in error
• Orders due to change of mind
• Products showing signs of use
