Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


4. What materials are your urns and jewelry made from?

Our cremation jewelry is made from stainless steel or brass with secure compartments. Urns are crafted from materials like aluminum, ceramic, or brass—designed to last and honor beautifully.

6. What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. Our jewelry and urns are designed to securely hold ashes or small keepsakes. Most pieces come with a screw-top lid and fill kit for safety.
